A completely natural blend of essential oils in a spray for relieving
premenstrual symptoms (PMS) and menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, tenderness and tension in the breasts, bloating and water retention, nervousness, irritability, mood swings, depression, fatigue, headache, dizziness,
and back pain.

Instructions:
Shake well before use.
We recommend using the spray 2-3 times a day in one of the following ways, most
suitable for you:
1. Spray it on pulse points such as the neck and the inside of the wrists (recommended).
2. Use the spray as a room, office, or car freshener.
3. Lightly spray it on your pillow or bedsheet before bedtime.
4. Spray it on a clean tissue and inhale deeply.

Do not use during pregnancy or if you are breastfeeding.
Not suitable for children under 16 years.
Not suitable for consumption.
Not suitable for everyone who is allergic
to Asteraceae such as Chamomile.
