Our packages are delivered by Pošta Slovenije. The delivery differs from the country in which the customer’s address is located.

Usually orders sent to Slovenia mainland are delivered within three working days. Orders for the rest of Europe are delivered within 5 – 10 working days. The rest of the world are delivered within 7 – 14 working days. If your order hasn’t been delivered after 20 days please get in touch for assistance.

The cost of postage may vary depending on the customer’s country. The current price of postage offered by Pošta Slovenije is:

For Slovenia: 2,43 Euro

For EU countries: 6,62 Euro

For non-EU countries: 6,05 Euro

For the rest of the world: 7,37 Euro

The postage price does not include the costs of export duties or local delivery service.
